MEET LAUREN

Lauren Taylor earned her undergraduate degree in Social Sciences from Cal State San Marcos and went on to complete her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University. She has experience working with a wide range of populations, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, infidelity, parenting challenges, adolescence, and more. As a narrative therapist, Lauren believes in the power of story—how we make meaning of our lives and how we can gently re-author the narratives we carry to better align with who we truly are.

She also integrates somatic techniques in her work, honoring the mind-body connection as a way to help clients ground themselves in their bodies, the earth, and their present reality.

Lauren is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, children, teens, and those impacted by trauma. Her approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and non-judgment, offering a space where clients can feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.
