Therapy is an investment — and we want the process of figuring out your options to be as straightforward as possible. Here's what you need to know.
Session Rates
Individual Therapy 50 minutes $160 to $200
Couples Therapy 75 minutes $190 to $250
Family Therapy 75 minutes $190 to $250
Insurance
We are in-network with the following plans:
Aetna, CalOptima, LA Care Health Plan, and Molina Healthcare of California.
Medi-Cal and Medicare coverage is available through CalOptima, LA Care, and Molina. If you're enrolled in one of these managed care plans, your Medi-Cal or Medicare benefits may apply.

Out-Of-Network Benefits
Don’t see your insurance listed? You may still be able to get reimbursed for your sessions through your out-of-network benefits. We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to learn more about your coverage.
You may want to ask about:
Whether your plan covers out-of-network mental health therapy
Your out-of-network deductible
The percentage your plan reimburses for therapy sessions
Any limits on the number of sessions covered each year
How to submit a superbill or receipt for reimbursement

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before your first session. If you have questions about this, don't hesitate to ask.

Mentaya
If you have out-of-network benefits, we've partnered with Mentaya to make the reimbursement process simple.
Mentaya handles the paperwork, submits your claims, and follows up with your insurance company directly. You get reimbursed without the hassle. They charge a 5% fee per claim and guarantee successful submission — or a full refund of their fees.
