MEET MARIELLE

A woman with dark hair, glasses, and pearl earrings, smiling outdoors with blurred trees in the background.

Every person carries a story—one shaped by lived experiences, cultural roots, relationships, and the challenges they’ve faced along the way. You and your story matter. I have witnessed unique stories of resilience, and I am privileged to be the story keeper who walks alongside you. I honor your presence by creating a safe space free from judgment. I am here to listen to your story with genuine compassion, authenticity, curiosity, and creativity—giving you the utmost care as we explore your concerns and the ‘whys, whats, and hows’ of your life.

My passion lies in supporting children, teens, young adults, and their families. I hold a special place in my heart for women healing from the effects of abuse and grief, as well as those navigating women’s health challenges. I am dedicated to supporting single parents, children of divorce, and couples managing pre- and post-marital concerns. By working through the lenses of culture, family systems, and identity, I help blended and multicultural families, immigrants navigating their identity, and the elderly during life transitions.

My work is deeply trauma-informed and grounded in Narrative, Play and Art Therapies. I also incorporate solution-focused, experiential, and existential therapies. I am also Internal Family informed, which allows us to explore and heal the different parts of your inner world. I believe in giving a voice to those who have felt unheard and helping individuals reclaim the choices and power that may have been taken from them. I am fluent in both English and Tagalog and can provide therapy in either language. Together, let us collaborate and re-author your preferred narrative.
