Monica Aguilar

Hello there, my name is Monica, and it's a pleasure to meet you! I am a bilingual and neurodivergent Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who leans into culture, curiosity, and compassion when exploring your unique social context and life experiences. I believe every client has a story to tell and be witnessed. During your time in treatment with me, I hope to assist you in becoming the main character of that unique story and to rally alongside you against whatever concern is bringing you in for treatment!

I specialize in working with survivors of trauma (i.e., veterans, survivors of sexual assault, and domestic violence). I also specialize in neurodivergence and mood disorders. I have had the pleasure of working with youth, teens, couples, and adults in community-based clinics to support their growth and connect them with local resources.
